Do you have questions about a personal or business event, opportunity, or problem?
See some common ones below.
It’s wise to discuss your questions with me before you get ready to file your taxes. We can clarify the situation and the implications before you make decisions. I help you identify the important questions and the kinds of decisions you need to make.

Consulting may be a stand-alone process

We can discuss any situation, such as the ones listed above, and see how different decisions will play out tax-wise.

For example, you may want to have a discussion about the best way to set up and run your new business or to change the entity structure for your current business.

The business entity—LLP, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, etc.— that you select for your business has enormous financial and tax implications. It is important that you make the right decision. We can explain each choice and its implications. As your business grows and changes, the type of business entity you choose may need to change also.

After your Consulting session, you may move forward into a full Tax Planing Process or go straight into Tax Preparation.
